The West Virginia Board of Optometry requires passage of Parts I, II, III, and TMOD (prior to 1996) examinations for application to the Board effective February, 2000. The Board reserves the right to administer additional written, practical, and.or oral examinations in any area it deems necessary. Examinations are given annually on the second Sunday and Monday of February and July. Applications are mailed by written request.
