The Nevada State Board utilizes NBEO scores in determining licensure. The State law Examination is administered by the National Board. Candidates must pass Parts I, II, and III of the National Board Examinations. Application information can be obtained by contacting the Board office or at the Board's web site www.state.nv.us/optometry. An application can be downloaded from the web site.
