Individuals affected by the unprecedented devastation of Hurricane Katrina may request that a National Board score report be sent to a state board of their choosing. There is no fee for this service for the next 2 months (November 6, 2005). A written request for this service should include your name, Gulf Coast address, social security number, and the state to which you would like your score report sent. The request should be addressed to:
