ALL APPEALS AND HAND SCORE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE USING THE OFFICIAL NBEO FORM BELOW

Candidates must remit the applicable fees when submitting the online request.

Candidates involved in any appeal process are responsible for completing any registration for future administrations by the registration deadline regardless of the temporarily unresolved status of an appeal or hand score.

Once the appeal has been investigated at the staff level, the Executive Director will notify the candidate in writing of the outcome of the investigation. The letter will be sent via US Mail to the address listed on the appeal request.

In the event that the candidate's appeal is denied at the staff level, the candidate has the right to appeal further online to the Judicial Committee of the Board of Directors. The decision of the Judicial Committee completes the appeal process.

With the exception of Late Registration and Late Test Site Change Appeals*, if an appeal is upheld at either the staff or the Judicial Committee levels, the appeal fee will be refunded.
